1. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

For existing styles, our MOQ is usually 100-300 pairs per color per size. We can negotiate lower trial orders for new buyers. For fully custom OEM/ODM designs, MOQ starts around 500 pairs.

2. Can you do OEM / ODM with our own logo and packaging?

Yes. We support custom embossing, embroidery, woven labels, hangtags, retail boxes and polybag design. Send us your brand artwork and we will produce a pre-production sample for approval.

3. What materials and linings do you offer?

Outer: lambskin, sheep nappa, cowhide, deerskin, PU / faux leather. Linings: unlined, silk, cashmere, wool, polar fleece, thinsulate. Sizes from ladies XS to men’s XXL.

4. How long is sampling and production lead time?

Samples: 5-7 days for existing styles, 10-14 days for new developments. Bulk production: 30-45 days after deposit, depending on quantity.

5. What are your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For regular customers we can discuss L/C at sight. Prices are quoted FOB Shanghai or Ningbo in USD.

6. Do you provide free samples?

Existing sample pairs are available; buyers cover the courier cost (DHL/FedEx). Custom sample cost is refundable against a bulk order.

7. Which countries do you export to?

Main markets are the EU, USA, UK, Australia and the Middle East. We are experienced with CE, REACH and customer-specific leather testing requirements.

8. How do I get a price list?

Email olina@qyglove.com with the model numbers and quantities you need. Prices depend on material, lining, quantity and packaging, so a detailed quote is prepared per enquiry.
