Quality control in practice
Inspection runs in three places. First, incoming leather and lining are checked against the specification before cutting. Second, in-line checks run during sewing on stitch density, colour consistency, symmetry and finishing details. Third, a final pass happens before packing, covering measurement against the size chart, workmanship and packaging presentation. If a third-party inspection is required for your compliance process, we are accustomed to it and will accommodate the booking.
Logistics
Standard terms are FOB Shanghai or Ningbo. We also quote EXW, CIF and DDP, and we regularly arrange air freight for samples and urgent replenishment alongside sea freight for full container and LCL consolidation. Our export packing is built around your requirement for carton count, pallet configuration and labelling so the consignment clears your warehouse without rework.
